I photograph pregnancy and newborn babies in my studio in Thornbury, just a few minutes north of Melbourne’s CBD.
My outdoor maternity photoshoots are done in some of Melbourne’s beautiful inner-city parks and laneways, or at some of Victoria’s quieter beaches.
I’ve been a maternity and newborn photographer for 17 years, so I’ve been lucky enough to photograph hundreds of Melbourne’s growing families.
The optimum timing from a newborn photographer’s perspective is within the first two weeks if everything has gone smoothly with the birth and you’re both feeling up to it. Bubs will be super sleepy, still all curled up and still teeny tiny, to pose in the creative poses you see in my newborn portfolio.
How I work is I pencil in your due date at the time of booking, and then we confirm the date and time once bubs arrives.
It’s never too early – the earlier in your pregnancy, the better to guarantee you a spot.

I find the optimum timing for maternity portrait sessions is anytime between 30 – 36 weeks, but I have done them right up to due dates in the past. As everyone’s body carries their pregnancy differently, I work with you to find the ideal time so your bump will be looking great and fully rounded, but before you’re too exhausted to enjoy your photoshoot.

YES – I have a maternity client wardrobe of a curated collection of timeless pregnancy outfits – fitted dresses, lace dresses, skirts and crop tops, bodysuits, and robes, all of which highlight your baby bump and flatter your incredible new figure.
My studio wardrobe helps create timeless portraits and beautiful pregnancy silhouettes that won’t date as the years pass and trends come and go.
I have a fully stocked newborn studio with everything we will need for your newborn – knitted outfits, wraps, blankets and backdrops.
Prior to your photography session, I will organise a pre-session consultation over the phone to discuss styling and ideas on what the rest of those involved in the photoshoot should wear.

I work with some of the best vendors in the photography industry to offer stylish and timeless products to display your photographs and pass down for generations to come – keepsake albums, stunning wall displays, portfolio boxes, and cherished gift prints for grandparents/family.
I customise collections for my clients to ensure you’re only paying for exactly what you want from your photoshoot. My collections
can inlcude a mix of digital images and printed products so your professional photos don’t just live on your phone and socials.
YES – All of my collections include digital images or alternatively, I also offer digital-only collections.
Baby + Cake Smash digital collections begin at $500

You’re not expected to commit to or pay for any images, collections or artwork until you see your final edited images at your ordering appointment – this allows you to be in control and choose to buy only the photos you love within your family budget.

At your ordering session, you choose the photos you love and want to buy – this way, you can control your budget, and you can buy as few or as many as you like.
Yes, you can pay via cash, bank transfer, debit card or credit card.
YES! I offer gift vouchers for all photoshoots – contact me for details.
I also offer clients who book a ‘Bump + Bubs + Us’ session a complimentary online maternity and newborn gift registry, you can share at baby showers for friends and loved ones to contribute to your maternity and newborn portraits.
