Our services may involve photographing babies and children. Where we collect personal information about a child, we generally collect it from the child’s parent or legal guardian. We ask that you do not provide more information about a child than is reasonably necessary for us to provide our services.

We may collect personal information

– Directly from you when you book a photography session, enter into a photography contract, purchase photographs, albums, prints, wall art or other products, communicate with us, provide feedback or participate in a promotion.
– From a parent, legal guardian, family member or other person who makes an enquiry or booking on your behalf.

– From third parties that help us provide our services, such as booking platforms, payment providers, gallery platforms, print suppliers or professional advisers.

Photographs and Image Usage

Photographs created during your session are personal information where you or another identifiable person appears in the image.
Your photography contract and any separate image usage or model release agreement will explain whether and how photographs may be used for my portfolio, website, social media, advertising or other promotional purposes. Newborn, baby and family photography often involves photographs of children. Where photographs of children are created, stored or used, I take reasonable steps to protect those photographs and handle them in accordance with the applicable client contract and image usage permissions

Cross-border Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers located outside Australia, such as cloud-based data storage providers, who assist us in providing our services to you.
Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia. This may include providers of cloud storage, online galleries, payment processing, website hosting, analytics, email marketing or client management services.
Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that these providers comply with the Australian Privacy Principles or equivalent data protection standards. Depending on the provider we use, information may be stored or processed in the United States or New Zealand.
